Refund & Return Policy

At Dormira, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return under the conditions below.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in original condition and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns are not accepted for used or worn items, items damaged after delivery or custom and personalized products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
